SSELING Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of 아기돌풍 (the “Company”), which operates SSELING, and users in connection with membership registration, overseas purchasing agency services, payment, delivery, cancellation and returns, and customer support.

Product detail pages, order forms, payment screens, and separate policies form part of these Terms and Conditions. If any provisions differ, the provisions that are more specific or favorable to the customer shall prevail to the extent they do not conflict with applicable laws and regulations.

A “Member” means a person who creates an account and uses the services; “Purchasing Agency” means a service under which, at the customer’s request, the Company purchases products from overseas sellers and assists with international transportation procedures; and “Product Order Amount” means the product price and amounts relating to purchasing agency and overseas delivery displayed at the time of payment.

As a party to the purchasing agency agreement, the Company shall receive orders, process payments, provide progress updates, and fulfill its consumer protection obligations. The Company shall not restrict consumer rights under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea solely on the basis of an overseas seller’s policies.

The Company shall post these Terms and Conditions, its trade name, representative’s name, business registration number, business address, and methods of accessing the customer service center so that users can readily review them.

If the Company amends these Terms and Conditions, it shall, in principle, announce the effective date and reasons for the amendment at least seven days in advance. Any material amendment unfavorable to Members shall, in principle, be announced at least 30 days in advance and, where necessary, notified through the registered contact method. Unless otherwise specially agreed or required by law, orders concluded before an amendment shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions in effect at that time.

Products may be browsed without logging in, but an account may be required to place orders, save favorites, use coupons, submit inquiries, and view orders. Members shall provide accurate contact and delivery information and securely manage their authentication credentials.

A Member may request account withdrawal through the account settings in the app or on the website. If there is an ongoing order, refund, dispute, or statutory retention obligation, withdrawal may be completed after the relevant matter has been resolved, and the Company shall provide information on the reason and remaining procedures.

If a Member is found to have misappropriated another person’s information or interfered with payment or security systems, the Company may restrict the Member’s use of the services after prior notice. If there is an urgent security risk, the Company may impose the restriction first and shall, without delay, provide the reason and instructions for filing an objection.

Before an order is placed, the Company shall display the product’s principal specifications, country of origin, price, estimated delivery period, cancellation and return conditions, and the possibility of additional costs. If an error is identified in the process of translating or organizing information from an overseas seller, the Company shall notify the customer of the correction before proceeding with the order and allow the customer to decide whether to proceed.

A contract is formed when the customer reviews the order details and completes payment and the Company provides notice that the order has been received. If performance is impossible due to an out-of-stock product, a manifest pricing error, import restrictions, or similar circumstances, the Company shall notify the customer without delay and provide available options, including a substitute product or order cancellation and a full refund.

The Product Order Amount displayed on the payment screen reflects applicable benefits and the costs estimated by the Company for overseas delivery. The Company shall not separately charge the customer for overseas shipping and shall display it as free shipping; any difference in the actual freight cost shall be borne by the Company.

If additional costs, such as customs duties, value-added tax, or customs clearance fees, may arise, the Company shall inform the customer before the order of the party responsible for payment and the basis for calculation and shall provide further notice once the exact amount can be confirmed. If a payment service provider experiences a disruption or a duplicate payment is identified, the Company shall verify and correct the payment status.

After confirming payment, the Company shall verify the overseas seller’s inventory and order conditions and proceed with the purchase. The Company shall provide information on major stages and reasons for delay through the order history or notifications. The estimated delivery date may vary depending on the seller’s dispatch, local transportation, international transportation, customs clearance, and domestic delivery conditions.

Members shall provide accurate recipient information required for customs clearance and delivery. Orders involving prohibited or restricted imports, quantities exceeding the scope of personal use, or additional verification by relevant authorities may be restricted. The Company shall provide information on the confirmed reason and available handling methods.

A customer may request withdrawal from the contract within seven days from the date the customer receives the contract details. If the supply of the product begins later, the period shall be seven days from the date the customer receives the product or the date supply begins.

If a product is supplied differently from its description, advertisement, or the terms of the contract, the customer may request withdrawal within three months from the date the product was supplied or within 30 days from the date the customer became aware or could have become aware of that fact.

The right of withdrawal may be restricted to the extent prescribed by law if the product is damaged due to the customer’s fault; its value has materially decreased through use or consumption; its value has materially decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult; the packaging of a reproducible product has been damaged; or the product is made to order and the customer was notified in advance of the return restriction and separately consented to it. The right of withdrawal shall not be restricted merely because the packaging was opened.

For a return due to a change of mind, the customer may be required to bear local delivery charges already incurred, international freight, and the actual return shipping cost. The Company shall first provide information on the order stage, return route, amount, and basis of calculation and shall not impose arbitrary penalty charges.

The Company shall bear return costs arising from defects, damage, misdelivery, or performance inconsistent with the contract. Within three business days from the date the Company receives the returned product or determines that return of the product is unnecessary, the Company shall initiate payment cancellation or refund procedures. If the statutory deadline is exceeded, the Company shall pay damages for delay in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Estimated costs based on the product’s location, request procedures, and supporting-document requirements are available in the cancellation and return information.

If it is determined that delivery may be delayed or storage charges may arise due to delayed dispatch by the seller, customs clearance holds, errors in recipient information, or similar circumstances, the Company shall provide information on the reason, estimated schedule, matters the customer must confirm, and available handling methods.

The Company shall not arbitrarily dispose of an order due to a prolonged lack of response or impose permanent account disadvantages. If disposal or return shipment is unavoidable, the Company shall provide separate notice after reviewing applicable laws and regulations, warehouse policies, contact attempts, and actual costs.

The Company may send notifications necessary for order processing, payment and delivery, responses to inquiries, security, and service operations through the app, website, or registered contact methods. Advertising information concerning benefits, events, and similar matters shall be sent only with separate consent, and Members may withdraw their consent to receive such information at any time.

Part of the services may be interrupted due to maintenance, system failures, natural disasters, or disruptions involving external service providers. The Company shall provide advance notice of foreseeable maintenance and, after confirming an emergency disruption, shall provide information on the status and recovery progress without delay.

Members shall submit reviews and inquiries based on their actual experiences and shall not post content that infringes another person’s personal information, reputation, copyright, or applicable laws and regulations. The Company may hide or delete violating posts and, where possible, shall provide the reason and instructions for filing an objection.

Rights in content created by a Member remain with the Member. The Member permits the Company to use such content to the extent necessary for posting, search, and operation within the services. Upon account withdrawal or a deletion request, the Company shall process content for which there is no statutory reason for retention.

If the Company intentionally or negligently fails to perform the agreed services and the customer incurs damage as a result, the Company shall be liable in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company shall not categorically exclude its liability or restrict the customer’s statutory rights.

If additional costs arise for reasons beyond the Company’s control, such as incorrectly entered delivery or customs information or refusal to accept delivery attributable to the customer, the Company shall identify the party responsible for the verified actual costs. Even in the event of delays caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, the Company shall continue to take reasonable measures and provide information to mitigate harm.

Inquiries, cancellation and return requests, and the exercise of rights may be submitted through the online customer service center. The Company shall handle submissions by considering the order in which they were received and the urgency of each matter. If fact-finding requires additional time, the Company shall provide progress updates.

The customer and the Company shall endeavor in good faith to resolve disputes through consultation. If a dispute remains unresolved, the parties may use relevant dispute resolution procedures, including consumer damage redress through the Korea Consumer Agency and mediation by the Electronic Document and Electronic Transaction Dispute Mediation Committee. The laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea shall apply, and jurisdiction over litigation shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act and other applicable laws and regulations.
