CANCELLATION & RETURNS
For overseas purchasing agency orders, return routes and costs vary depending on the location of the product. We honor the applicable withdrawal period and provide information only on the actual costs for each order, together with supporting grounds.

Product-specific notices or overseas seller policies do not reduce the rights guaranteed by applicable laws and regulations.
Change of mind
Within 7 days
You may request withdrawal within 7 days from the date you received the contract details. If the supply of the product began later, the period is calculated from the date you received the product or the date supply began.
Not as described, advertised, or contracted
3 months · 30 days
You may request withdrawal within 3 months from the date you received the product and within 30 days from the date you became aware, or could have become aware, of that fact.
Defect, damage, or incorrect delivery upon arrival

SSELING bears the collection and return costs arising from product defects, incorrect delivery, or performance that differs from the contract terms.
After an order has been placed with an overseas seller, actual cancellation or return shipping costs may arise. SSELING does not add arbitrary minimum return fees or penalty charges and first provides information on verifiable actual costs and the basis for their calculation.

Before the overseas order is placed
If the order has not yet been placed with the overseas seller, the full product order amount will be refunded to the original payment method after the cancellation request is received.
After the overseas order is accepted
You may request withdrawal even after the order has been accepted by the overseas seller. We check whether the seller will accept the cancellation and any local shipping or cancellation costs already incurred, and provide information only on actual costs that can be substantiated.
After arrival at the local warehouse
If the product has arrived at the local warehouse, local shipping costs for returning it to the seller and shipping costs already incurred may apply. We proceed after confirming the return route and the basis for the costs.
After international shipping begins · After receipt
For change-of-mind returns after shipment to Korea, the costs may include international shipping charges already incurred and actual international and local return shipping costs. We do not prevent the request itself and provide written information on the costs for each order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM
Please notify us through your order details or Customer Service before using the product or discarding the packaging. You may submit a request even if you do not have sufficient supporting materials, and we will advise you of the items needed for verification.
RETURN LIMITS
Even where any of the reasons below applies, we review the product condition and whether prior notice and consent were provided for each order. Statutory rights are not restricted solely because the product was on sale or the overseas seller does not accept returns.
Where the product has been damaged or its value has significantly decreased beyond opening the packaging to inspect its contents
Where the resale value has significantly decreased due to wearing, washing, installation, or partial consumption
Where the product's value has decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult
Custom-made products for which return restrictions were separately disclosed before production and the customer's written or electronic consent was obtained
REFUND PRINCIPLES
Only verifiable costs directly incurred for the order, such as local shipping charges and actual return shipping costs, are provided together with an itemized basis.
For cancellations before product shipment, refunds are processed within 3 business days from the date of withdrawal; for returns, refunds are processed within 3 business days from the date the returned product is received. The time when the refund is actually reflected may vary depending on the payment method.
SSELING bears the local, international, and domestic return costs required due to defects, damage, incorrect delivery, or performance that differs from the contract terms.
